  1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions: 

By booking a consultation or availing of its services with Evaidic Jyotish, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with booking a consultation or any of its services.

  1. Consultation Services:

EVaidic Jyotish provides astrology and related consulting services, including but not limited to Poojas, Anusthans, Gemstones, Rudraksh, etc. based on various practices from across the world. Our services are provided by experienced consultants who offer insights and guidance based on the alignment of celestial bodies and related principles.

  1. Payment Terms:

Payment for scheduled consultations must be made in full by the customer at the time of booking.
All payments must be made via the methods specified at the time of booking.
No hard copies of bills or receipts will be provided. However, your payment acknowledgement shall be emailed to you on the email ID provided by you at the time of booking. 

All relevant taxes, as applicable, shall be payable by the customer.

  1. Refund Policy:

Once an appointment is scheduled, the payment is non-refundable.

  1. Rescheduling and Cancellations:

However, re-scheduling of the session is allowed once within 30 days of the initial appointment.

To request re-scheduling of the session, you may please contact the company directly.

  1. Confidentiality:

All consultations are strictly confidential in nature. We respect the privacy of our clients and will not share your personal information with any third parties without their explicit confirmation and consent, except as required by the law of the land.

While we employ industry-standard security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your payment information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  1. Liability and Its Limitations:

Evaidic Jyotish its associates, affiliates and consultants are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of use of our services by our clients.

  1. Law/s governing these T&Cs:

All our terms and conditions are governed by and are interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

  1. Changes in the Terms and Conditions:

EVaidic Jyotish reserves its right to modify these terms and conditions at any point of time. Such changes will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of the client to review these terms regularly.
